Income depends upon your energy level and dedication to the business. Flint River Ranch Distributors seek to generate and build "residual"
income that increases over a period of months and years. They do so by investing time and effort in building a customer base and if desired a
distributor network.
Generation of Commission Income - 19% of the PV value
Person volume (PV) is a unit value assigned to each Flint River Ranch product. It is noted on the order form. A minimum of 100 PV's is
required to qualify for a monthly commission check. PV can be generated from your purchases and those of your customers. Once a customer is
registered to a Distributor, the Distributor receives commission income on all future purchases by that customer under the terms of the
Marketing Plan. PV is determined each calendar month and is not transferable to another month.
Example: A distributor purchases 20 lbs of Dog Food (20 PV units) and has 10 customers that also purchase 20 lbs of dog food in a calendar month.
A total of 220 PV's is generated. Therefore:
Distributor Purchase (1 x 20 PV x 19%) = $ 3.80
Customer Purchases (10 x 20 PV x 19%) = $38.00
Total Distributor Income.....................$41.80
Additional Income Opportunity! - Become a Senior Distributor
When a Distributor directly sponsors a new Distributor (the sponsoring Distributor is now known as a Senior Distributor) a down line network
is formed and the new Distributor is considered part of the Senior Distributor's Group. The number of monthly qualified Senior Distributor's
separate Groups equals the number of levels down bonus income is paid. For example, if a Senior Distributor has 3 qualified Groups during the
month, the Senior Distributor is eligible for bonus income generated by his Group down to 3 levels. A Senior Distributor can sponsor any number
of new Distributors: however, the bonus income generates down to a maximum of 10 levels.
A Senior Distributor earns the same commission on their own purchases and direct customer sales volume as described above (19% x PV volume).
In addition, a Senior Distributor has the potential of earning bonus income as determined by their down line associates, distributors, senior
distributors and the related customer volume.
Following is a brief outline of the
Flint River Ranch Business and Marketing Plan. It includes important
terms, requirements, and compensation plans.
NOTE: Each Associate is subject to
the terms, policies and procedures as more fully defined in the
Distributor Manual available from Flint River Ranch.
Terms Defined
- ASSOCIATE - Individual completing
a Flint River Ranch Associate Application form. There is no
investment required to enroll and to obtain a FRR computer
reference number (code).
- DISTRIBUTOR - An Associate that
purchases and/or markets Flint River Ranch products and develops a
retail customer business to earn commission income.
- SENIOR DISTRIBUTOR - A Distributor
that develops a business to earn a commission income from
individual purchases and retail customer sales - and is eligible
to earn bonus income by sponsoring, training and supporting other
Distributors.
- PERSONAL VOLUME (PV) - PV is
assigned to retail products sales volume. PV can be generated from
direct customer sales and/or personal purchases. PV is determined
monthly and is not transferable.
- MARKETING MATERIALS and PRODUCT
SAMPLES - A new distributor may be able to obtain FRR literature,
materials and product samples from their Sponsor, or they may
order direct from Flint River Ranch.
- CUSTOMER PRODUCT ORDER - To
correctly register a customer to a Distributor's account,
customer's first order should be written and mailed/faxed by the
Distributor. Thereafter, customers can order direct. Include full
payment with order, check or credit card. Orders are not processed
on an open account.
- COMMISSION INCOME - A 19% of PV
commission is paid to qualified Distributors and Senior
Distributor on their individual purchases and personal sales.
- COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY - Personal
Volume of 100 PV (monthly) is required for a Distributor or Senior
Distributor to qualify for commission income on sales generated
during that month. PV volume does not accumulate from one month to
another.
- BONUS ELIGIBILITY - Senior
Distributors are also eligible for monthly
- BONUS INCOME if 100 PV is
qualified during the monthly period. A Groups is Bonus Qualified (BQ)
if one of the Distributors with the Group downline qualifies with
100 PV eligibility. Bonus eligibility is determined monthly and is
not accumulated from one month to another. PV's are not
transferable with Groups.
- BONUS INCOME - Bonus Income, based
on Downline Level, is paid to qualified Senior Distributors on the
individual purchases and personal sales of their downline
Distributors and customers.
- HOW THE LEVEL OF BONUS INCOME IS
DETERMINED - When a Senior Distributor directly sponsors a new
distributor - the network formed with and under the new
distributor is considered the Senior Distributor's sponsored
group. The number of monthly qualified Senior Distributor's
separate Groups equals the number of Levels Down bonus income is
paid. For example, if a Senior Distributor has 3 qualified Groups
during the month, he is eligible for bonus income income down 3
levels.
