Shipping & Handling
NaturesPet.Com ships the majority of the products we inventory via Priority US Mail within one business days of
receiving your order. On occasion we will ship orders via UPS Ground due to excess weight.
All orders for Flint River Ranch, Dr. Harvey's Pet Foods, The Honest Kitchen, BARF and Sojourner Farms Pet Foods will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground
directly from the factory to ensure that you receive the freshest possible product.
Please Note:
On occassion we will ship orders using both the US Postal Service or UPS/FedEx Ground. It is very important that if your shipping address is
not deliverable by any one of these services that you note this in the Special Instructions Section of our secure order form to prevent orders from being returned.
If this delivery information is not provided and orders are returned to us we will have to recharge you for the S&H Charges to resend the order to a deliverable address.

NaturesPet.Com only ships to the: Continental US and All US Possessions.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and US Possessions are shipped US Priority Mail and are subject to additional shipping charges above those
quoted above. Additional shipping charges will be added manually to the order total as calculated by our secure shopping cart.
Due to the high cost of freight, insurance and customs costs NaturesPet.Com does not ship to Europe, Asia or other parts of the world.
We will ship small orders via Air Mail to Canada. Please e-mail us for details. Orders shipped to Canada will ship uninsured via US Air Mail and
must be shipped to a postal address. WE DO NOT INSURE CANADIAN ODERES. The buyer assumes full responsibility and risk for the order even if it is lost, stolen or held in customs.
Ordering Options
The simplest and most efficient way to expedite your order is to use our Secure Shopping
Cart Order Form.
- Simply add the quantity you want in the Qty. Box below each item. Click on the Add To My Cart button. After your order is complete
click on the Check Out Button on the Shopping Cart, add your personal information and your order will be
transmitted via a SECURE encrypted format that assures the privacy of your personal information and credit card number.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
Depending on the product you order it may ship via
different carriers. We use US Priority Mail for the majority of items however, the food items ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Flint River Pet Food Orders: Flint River Food will be shipped delivery included, from the factory the closest distribution center
via UPS Ground Service.

- Click on the Print Mail/Fax Order Form Button Below and print it out. Complete the form and either mail to the address on the form or Fax it to 201 703-4394. Do not include Flint River Food in the order total to calculate your shipping charges. Flint River Food will be shipped directly from the factory. For mail in orders we accept Visa, Master Card, personal checks or money orders. For Fax orders a Visa or Master Card number is required. First time orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check to clears our bank. Please allow an additional 5 business for your order to arrive.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction and the wellness of your pet is extremely important to us and we will always try to deal with customer issues in a fair manner.
PET FOODS & Pet Treats:
Because our pet foods and treats are all natural and have a shorter shelf life, pet foods must be returned unopened within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
The only exception to pet food returns is Flint River Ranch Pet Foods. Flint River Ranch Pet Foods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at the customers expense. A credit less 15% for
outbound shipping will be issued once the return is received. Flint River Ranch Food must be returned directly to one of FRR's Distribution Centers.

Dr. Billinghurst's Barf Diet Foods are shipped frozen and because of this there are no returns unless there was a shipping error on our part.
NON FOOD PRODUCTS
We will accept returns of unopened non food products within three weeks of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of CD's, DVD's and Video's that have been opened.
Of course, we will be happy to replace any defective CD's or DVD. Simply return the CD or DVD to us and we will ship you a replacement.
Please be aware that because of the nature of the merchandise we sell we do not accept returns of opened product.
PLEASE NOTE: If you ever need to return merchandise e-mail us with the reason for the return. We will contact you and provide a return authorization code and shipping instructions.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returing merchandise to us unless there was a shipping error on our part.
Merchandise returned without an authorization may not qualify for credit. Therefore it is important that you contact us prior to attempting to return merchandise.
